Welcome to the Emerging Market Pulse

A Weekly Pulse Check of Emerging Markets Around The Country

Every Wednesday we take the pulse of emerging markets all around the country to see how booking activity is trending. 


We measure the percentage of inventory that has a booking in the upcoming 7 days as a predictive measurement of how a market, and markets across the country are poised to perform for the coming week. 


We compare it to the previous week. And we are building a 52-week trend line for every market that will be available for a small monthly subscription to support the work. The information below, however, is free for the community to use.
